About Joan B. Kelly:
Internationally recognized presenter Dr. Joan Kelly received her Ph.D. in child development and clinical psychology from Yale University in 1965, and is a licensed psychologist in California. From 1975 to the present she has conducted trainings and seminars focusing on divorce, children’s post-divorce adjustment, applications of child development research to custody and access decisions, family mediation, Parenting Coordination, child alienation, domestic violence, relocation, and psychological and legal interventions designed to reduce parent conflict. Dr. Kelly has published over 85 articles in professional journals. She is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association, and was recently appointed to the APA Task Force for developing Guidelines for Parenting Coordinators.
